UK Delivery
We offer FREE delivery. We do not charge you extra for postage and packaging, everything is included in the price! All orders are insured against loss and damage! All orders are despatched either by first class post or courier, as appropriate.

Orders should generally be delivered within 1 or 2 working days of the despatch date. Please note that Royal Mail post may take up to 15 working days for delivery.

We offer the cheapest fixed price shipping rates of £20.00 to the following European countries: Ireland, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Finland, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain , Slovenia, Slovakia, Portugal, Poland, Norway, Malta, Latvia, Italy, Iceland, Greece, Denmark.

We deliver to the US & Canada, shipping costs are a fixed price of £30. All orders are despatched either by Royal Mail Air Mail post or courier, as appropriate.

Stock availability
www.flat4online.co.uk will not charge your credit card or bank card untill we have confirmed stock availability of the item/s you are ordering! Many of the items available at www.flat4online.co.uk are on the shelf and despatched to you within 1-7 days. However, it is impossible for us, the manufacturer or our suppliers to keep every item listed on our website in stock. Sometimes we may send to you direct from other distributors, suppliers or manufacturers.

If an item from your order is not available for prompt despatch we will always contact you to discuss the order.

If delivery is delayed excessively, we will always give you the option of purchasing alternative items or of receiving a full refund of any payments that you have made.
